Wisdom-Mind is more than just meditation
It’s a six-month, fully supported, on-line programme. Teaching you how to use meditation as a tool for both understanding yourself better and taking control of your emotional state.
Your Wisdom Mind will be developed using robust and reliable mindfulness techniques. Methods that train your mind to relax and let go of negative thinking patterns, as well as create a mindset able to seek out positive ones instead.
Instead of:
- Struggling with difficult mums, the other-half and bosses, you’ll have the clear thinking, confidence and serenity to deal with difficult people or situations.
- Feeling the uncertainty of difficult times, you’ll be able to call on an internal reservoir of calm that helps you steady wild and stormy emotions and provides a peaceful space to catch your breath in.
- Being stuck with the heaviness of low mood and no motivation, you’ll gradually recover your energy levels and use it to ease in the changes to your life that put you in a better place.
What’s in the Wisdom Mind Programme?

It consists of recorded video training sessions guiding you in what to do and allowing you to access them at a time that works for you.
The meditations are available on both video or on audio, so you can follow them using the format you prefer.
You’ll be supported with regular emails along with access to live support from me in Zooms along with the other people in the group. There are also two exclusive Zooms where you’ll get 1:1 support and the opportunity to talk about more advanced techniques.
How I discovered the power of meditation

I started meditating when I was facing insurmountable odds. I wanted to stop the decades old difficulties in my relationship with my parents from hounding me and there was the twenty-year old marriage I wanted to save too.
Often feeling anxious, angry or depressed, I lurched from one emotion to another. This never-ending emotional rollercoaster kept me stuck in a vicious cycle I longed to escape from.
The escape route meditation gave me
At this point in my life, I’d already trained as a Yoga Teacher and an Acupuncturist, so understanding the mind-body connection was an essential part of my work. I remembered meditation could be my escape route and help me take back control of my feelings and how they affected my body.
Meditation enabled me to shrink my problems and difficulties so they didn’t get in my way. It meant I could still do the things I loved and enjoyed.
This way of thinking, acting and feeling revolutionised my life so much, I wanted to help other people discover the transformation mindfulness meditation could bring. It’s why I went on to become a meditation teacher and designed this Wisdom-Mind Meditation Programme for you to get the same results.

The ability to think positively is to have a Wisdom-Mind.

One that has:
- Strong mindfulness skills that go beyond just feeling calm and relaxed in the moment to also being able to understand yourself better in terms of what you’re feeling, what those feelings mean and knowing how to respond to them.
- Robust and reliable ways of using meditation to slow down and stop the drains of negative thoughts and energy and instead shift yourself up into a more chilled-out mindset.
- The ability to create a peaceful, energy-replenishing mental space so you can experience and enjoy positive energies like warmth, kindness, patience and love.
