If your mind has been working at 100mph (I wonder why!), then you’ll likely be experiencing shoulder tension!

If you feel like you’re wading through treacle, then you’ll also feel shoulder tension… shoulders are a classic place for muscles to lock up and create stiffness and sore spots 😉

In this Meditation Short (about 10 mins) we’ll focus on recognising the location of shoulder tension and letting it go.  Of course, a short meditation like this may not be enough for you to feel calmer and your shoulders more relaxed.  If this is the case for you, come and join us for a longer session (20-30 mins) on Fridays at 8 am.
