Coronavirus. How has that thrown all that we do and how we do it to the four winds!!

Come and join me in a short meditation (3-4 mins), a healing salve for your mind 🙂

When you calm your mind down so it’s not rammed full of thoughts, it’s easier to get new ideas!  Ideas that will help you work out a new way of living in the current circumstances.  Here are a few ‘idea-starting points’;

  • New parts of your house to clean (!)
  • New foods to bake or old favourites to bring back to life.
  • New places to walk.
  • Old friends to contact and speak to.
  • New hobbies or exercises to learn.

I know for some people a 3-4 minute meditation isn’t enough to really get the calming and relaxation effects. If this is how you feel, I’m running a longer meditation every Friday at 8 am on Facebook Live every Friday at 8 am. It’s about 20-30 mins in total.  Come and join us! Government advice on looking after your mental health includes deciding on a routine of things to do.  Regular meditation could be one of those things!
