You’re happily sitting down to meditate, keen to feel calm and relaxed. But within a minute or two of starting you find your attention is on your To-Do list instead.  Does this sound familiar?

If it is, don’t worry!  I know the commonly portrayed image of a meditator is someone looking like its all serene and effortless, but in real life your attention does wander.  It wanders quite a bit when you’re a beginner, but less and less as you become more practiced and experienced.
