Finding a comfortable meditation position can be tricky. Do you find sitting on the floor to meditate gives you cramp?  The problem with this position is that you already need to be very flexible to make anything near approaching comfortable – at least for any length of time.

Make your meditation MUCH EASIER to do by choosing one of the alternatives I outline in the video.
