What’s the best meditation for you to do when your mind is clouded by stress, anxiety and overwhelm? My advice?– Keep it simple and focus on just calming your mind.
A great place to start is to download “Nine Breaths for Calming your Heart and Mind” video. It is a simple meditation for stress and anxiety – that you can either build up to a longer one, or you can use the 3-minute version as a rescue remedy.
Whenever you feel stress or anxiety building up, just take 3 minutes out of your day to reduce the intensity of these emotions.
